Pastor
Charles Phillips has been at Victory Temple since 1996 where
he has served as youth pastor, associate pastor, and now,
the senior pastor.
Pastor Phillips and his wife
Khristi have two children, Meagan and Landon.
Pastor Phillips is currently
enrolled in Trinity Bible College and Seminary where he is
obtaining his Bachelors Degree in Biblical Studies and
Theology.
